Who runs this website

Quail Hollow Rockwall is run by a neighbor in the Quail Hollow neighborhood, Rockwall, Texas. The website and its domain are owned by Premier Code, Inc. Run by a neighbor. Not an official website of the Quail Hollow homeowners association.

The only way to reach me is the contact form. I do not publish a phone number, a street address or an email address.

What the contact form collects

When you send a message, the website stores:

  • your name, your email address, the topic you chose and your message;
  • the date and time, your IP address and your browser type, which help me spot and block spam.

Your message is emailed to me, and you get a confirmation email at the address you gave. I use your name and email only to reply to you. I don't share them. I do not sell your information, add you to a mailing list or send newsletters.

How long I keep it

I keep messages for up to 365 days, then delete them by hand. Messages that look like spam are held so a real message caught by mistake can be recovered; they are deleted the same way.

Spam protection

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to tell people from automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you use the page and sends it to Google. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Cookies

The website uses two small cookies that it needs to work: quailhollow_session, which remembers that a form was opened (and keeps the owner signed in to the admin), and quailhollow_csrf, which protects forms from being submitted by other websites. No advertising cookies are used.

Visit statistics

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits. It records which pages are viewed, the approximate location (city level), and the type of device and browser. It does not receive names, email addresses or anything typed into the contact form, and the page address is sent without any query string. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off.

Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_K7LTQH62VR. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (linked below), or by blocking cookies in your browser.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.

Server logs

Like most websites, the server records each request with its IP address and time for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for a short time and are not used to identify visitors.

Your choices

To ask what I hold about you, or to have your messages deleted, write to me through the contact form using the same email address. I will reply and delete them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change too.
